LAMINATE FLOORING

Laminate flooring is produced by gluing decor papers on 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12mm thick HDF, which is more suitable for flooring. The bonding process is carried out using heat and pressure. Sheets produced in large boards are cut to the desired dimensions, joints are opened according to the joint detail and packaged and presented for use. The surfaces of these floorings do not require any treatment such as smoothing or polishing. Laminates are the most widely used decorative flooring today due to their affordable prices as well as their easy and fast application. As Yıldız Entegre, we produce flooring products in our Kartepe and Akdeniz as well as Romania facilities.

BASIC STRUCTURE OF LAMINATE FLOORING

OVERLAY: It is an alpha cellulose based film paper sheet impregnated with aluminum oxide particles and melamine resin. Thanks to aluminum oxide particles, the flooring surface gains resistance against abrasion, scratches and heat. The melamine resin allows these particles adhere to the film layer. In addition, thanks to the melamine resin that melts and hardens completely during pressing, it reduces the adhesion of dirt and stains on the surfaces, helps easy cleaning and provides hygiene.

PATTERN PAPER: It is obtained by scanning exact photographs of wood, marble or stone sections with advanced technological methods and printing them on special papers. It is then impregnated with melamine resin. These are moisture resistant papers of various weights.

HDF: These are high density, carcinogen-free (E1 and E0 standard), moisture resistant fiberboards.

BALANCE PAPER: It is produced especially from paper obtained from highly stabilized wood fibers such as eucalyptus. It is the bottom film (dark colored) layer that provides stabilization of flooring boards impregnated with melamine resin and resistant to moisture.
