The Greatest Adhesive Producer of Turkey
Adhesive which is the indispensable material for the furniture used today is the main element in joining many materials that we use in our daily lives. Together with the developing technology and sensitivities, adhesive is not only durable but also human and environment friendly. In Yıldız Entegre plants, environment friendly urea formaldehyde resins (adhesives) and formaldehyde that are used in wood sector, plywood and chip plate production is produced. Yıldız Entegre which has become the sector leader after reaching to great accomplishments in the adhesive sector like in other sectors, has 40% market share in Turkey. It is the greatest adhesive producer of our country with its 6 plants in Samsun and Kocaeli. It has an annual production capacity of 240.000 tons.
The adhesives produced with the highest quality by using catalytic oxidation and cutting polymerization methods are used in MDF, fiberboard covering and massive wood production. The characteristics of urea formaldehyde resins and formaldehydes produced by Yıldız Entegre are given below.
