Operating for 100-years in the area of forestry products, Yıldız Entegre is the living example of the entrepreneurship and determination for success of the Anatolian people.

Yıldız family, having started with timber exporting in Trabzon in the early 1890s, and then immigrating to Bafra to establish a timber atelier took the first step of a long commercial run. After a modest timber atelier, the second, third and fourth generation established plants in Samsun, İnegöl and Gaziantep respectively, and following this they founded the adhesive plant in Kocaeli Yeniköy and finally the greatest MDF plant of the world, Yıldız Entegre in Kocaeli Arslanbey area.

Yıldız Entegre has been engaged in the production of MDF, Decorated covered MDF, Laminate Parquet, MDF Profile, Adhesive, MDF Door, Door Panel, Dyed Back and processed decoration paper in the area of forestry products within the existing plants on an area of 500.000m2.

Yıldız Entegre is among the greatest both locally and globally almost in every area it operates. Possessing the longest MDF press in the world, Yıldız Entegre is also the greatest MDF producer in Turkey with 3.000 m3 / day capacity. Turkey, ranking the sixth in MDF production in Europe in 2001, has placed the second after the investments of Yıldız Entegre. Yıldız Entegre challenges the top 50 in the ranking of the Top 500 Industrial Establishments realized by the Chamber of Commerce of Istanbul. The company ranks the 87th among top 500. Providing employment for 1150 people, Yıldız Entegre is going ahead for full integration as the name suggests.

With a hundred years of experience and expertise, Yıldız Entegre started to produce laminate parquet under the Vario Clic brand, and door under the Variodor brand at the beginning of 2004 in its production plants in Arslanbey. Reaching the peak with great leaps in short time in the laminate parquet sector with Vario Clic which produces floors to be lived in modern living areas, Yıldız Entegre has reached the greatest production capacity in the door sector under Variodor brand and has become the brand in request in the door sector in a short period of time.

Catching up with the international standards in laminate parquet and door production with Vario Clic and Variodor brands, Yıldız Entegre has started to produce MDF Profile with the Vario Profile brand. Increasing the machine park investments and the product range, Yıldız Entegre is becoming popular in profile production as well.

Yıldız Entegre, which does not hesitate to invest in order to increase its product range, has started the investments in the first and sole panel door plant in Turkey. The door panels which are known as the “American Door” in the market shall be offered for sale in the middle of 2008.

Along with the developing furniture industry, another innovation which is the investment in the Dyed Back plant to be used for the back of the cupboards will be presented for the customers of Yıldız at the end of 2007.

Yıldız Entegre which continues with the investments without any interruption, has started an investment in processed decoration paper plant to provide its customers with more qualified and a wider range of products, and together with the completion of this investment another link of the integration will have been completed.

Being leader not only in forestry products but also in adhesive production, Yıldız Entegre meets the adhesive demand of the MDF plants and sells to other plate producers with the existing 6 plants. Following the path of full integration, Yıldız Entegre has been investing in order to extend the port plants in İzmit to meet the increasing import and export demand, as well as to provide a better shipment and discharge service to the third parties. Together with these investments, the port of Yıldız Entegre is becoming one of the largest ports in Körfez. The necessary raw material for the plant is being discharged from its own port plants.
