Being a peerless product in meeting the latest technology and the aesthetic values, Variopan is an abbreviation meaning “Medium Density Fiberboard.” Variopan can be processed like massive wood and provides free-of-error cut, boring and milling in CNC benches (Computer Numerical Control), the latest product of technology.

The boards with clean surface and smooth edges are very suitable for lacquering, painting and covering. Variopans are generally produced of trees such as breech, oak and pine.

The production process is as follows: The trees selected for production are cleaned of their barks by the peeling machines. The cleaned wood is placed in the chipping machine and is broken into pieces. These pieces which are called chips are stored separately in hard wood (breech, oak) and soft wood (pine) silos. The chips are spared into fibers after being processed in the refinery unit, and added adhesives and other chemicals in the outlet pipe. The fibers are dried and sent to the laying bunker. The fibers that are called “mat” after the laying process are pressed in the continuing press and the Variopan production is completed. After size cutting, edge correcting and cooling processes, they are carried to the semi-finished products warehouse. The surfaces of the boards which are settled for 3-7 days according to the seasonal conditions are rubbed in emery machines and are prepared for sale.
